We've been heads-down building a more robust and flexible document creation experience. This week, we are excited to roll out several major functional enhancements to the KatalisX editor that make document customization faster and more personal. Whether you are applying for a job or issuing a formal advisory report, these new tools are designed to streamline your workflow.
Draw Your Own Signature
One of our most requested features is finally here. Tired of just typing your name in a regular font for the signature field? We heard you. You can now switch to the new Draw mode directly inside the signature customization block. This allows you to create a unique, hand-drawn signature using your mouse, trackpad, or even your finger on touch-enabled devices.
Once you have perfected your stroke, simply click the Use Signature button. The editor automatically vectorizes and crops the transparent margins of your drawing, ensuring it fits perfectly within the document layout without any awkward spacing or alignment issues. This adds a critical layer of professional authenticity to your digital documents.
Tip: The signature component is context-aware; it will remember your preferred mode (Text, Draw, or Upload) the next time you edit a template, saving you repetitive clicks during frequent document generation.
Upload Your Organization Logo
Branding is essential for professional authority. Templates that feature a logo placeholder—such as our corporate advisory letters and achievement certificates—now include a dedicated file uploader. You can simply click the logo area, select your high-resolution PNG or JPG file, and immediately see it reflected in the document preview.
We have also added granular controls for width and height adjustments, giving you full control over how your brand is represented. If you do not have a logo file ready, the system still supports a clean text-based fallback for the organization name, maintaining a professional look regardless of your assets.

Infinite Scroll on Templates Page
As our template library grows, we want to ensure that browsing remains effortless. We have implemented an infinite scroll mechanism on the main browse page. Instead of loading every single template at once—which could cause slight delays for some users—the page now loads templates in optimized batches of 12 as you navigate down the page. This significantly reduces initial load times and provides a much smoother browsing experience on mobile devices.
New Template Designs
In addition to the editor upgrades, we have also expanded our collection with two distinct new designs that cater to different communication styles:
Heartfelt Personal Appreciation
A warm, retro-inspired layout featuring a botanical sidebar. This template is perfect for personal thank-you letters, mentor acknowledgments, or expressing deep gratitude to family members.
Bold Creative Application
Designed for those who want to make a statement. This template uses bold geometric shapes and a vibrant teal-and-coral palette, making it ideal for job applications in creative and technology sectors.
Bug Fixes and Polish
Behind the scenes, we have also addressed several technical issues to improve overall stability and SEO performance. We have refined how category labels are translated, ensuring Indonesian and Spanish users see accurate terminology. Furthermore, we fixed a bug in the metadata encoding that was occasionally causing slow renders on specific template pages.
