Why we built this
The idea for Katalisx came from a pretty simple realization: technology is moving fast, but the way we make official letters—like cover letters, resignation letters, and authorization letters—has stayed stuck in the past for way too long.
We kept seeing the same thing: people from all over the world spending hours just trying to format a simple application, business owners losing entire afternoons to boring paperwork, and professionals jumping between three different apps just to get a clean PDF. Honestly? It was annoying, and it felt like a total waste of time.
So we decided to fix it. We realized that while generic letter templates are scattered across the internet, they are often disjointed, inconsistent, and fail to address "micro-topics" that people actually face in their daily lives. Most platforms focus only on the big categories like Resignation or Cover Letters, but they completely ignore the more nuanced correspondence—like specific Rent Late Notices, Past Due Rent Statements, or formal Authorization Letters for niche legal matters. We built Katalisx to solve this by providing a single, professional destination that cares about these specific situations, ensuring you have the right words for even the most specialized professional needs.

Ichsan is a 21-year-old Fullstack Developer from Indonesia with a deep passion for letter design and professional documentation. He believes that the right layout and content can empower people to communicate with authority, and he built Katalisx to help users create clean, industry-standard letters without the typical formatting stress.

We nerd out over letter design so you don't have to, but we believe that a truly professional letter starts with the core content. While many tools only give you a "pretty box" to type in, we focus on the proficiency of the words themselves. We provide curated content versions and deeply researched text structures for every template, giving you an immediate mental model of what a proper professional letter should actually say for that specific situation. From picking the perfect fonts and mathematical spacing to ensuring your tone of voice is authoritative and clear, we've carefully architected every part of the experience. Good design—and more importantly, good content—is the standard here, not an afterthought.
