What's New in the Editor

We've been heads-down building, and this week a bunch of things landed that we think you'll genuinely enjoy. Here's a quick rundown of what's new.

✍️ Draw Your Own Signature

Tired of just typing your name in the signature field? We get it. You can now switch to Draw mode inside the signature block and sign directly on screen — mouse, trackpad, and touch all work.

When you're done, hit Use Signature and it drops into the document at exactly the right size and position. We also auto-crop the transparent margin so it doesn't end up with weird padding around the strokes.

💡

Tip: The signature block auto-detects which mode you used last. Next time you open the same template it'll remember.

🏢 Upload Your Organization Logo

Templates that have a logo placeholder (like the award dispatch and proclamation letters) now actually let you upload one. Click the Your Logo area in the form editor, pick your image, and use the width/height sliders to get it fitting right.

The org name text fallback is still there if you'd rather just type the name instead of uploading an image.

⚡ Infinite Scroll on Templates Page

The template listing now loads 12 at a time and quietly fetches the next batch as you scroll down. The page used to load everything upfront which felt sluggish as the library grows. This should be noticeably snappier.

🎨 New Templates

Two new designs are now live in the library:

🌸 Heartfelt Personal Appreciation

Warm retro botanical sidebar — good for thank-you letters to friends, mentors, or family.

📐 Bold Creative Application

Bold geometric shapes in teal and coral — stands out for creative and tech roles.

🐛 Fixes & Polish

✓ Fixed category label translations on the template browse page
✓ Correct page titles across all routes (removed the duplicate | Katalisx suffix)
✓ Template metadata JSON encoding fixed — all template pages now load content correctly
✓ Alt text on all template thumbnails now follows SEO-friendly format
✓ Template request form now lists real categories from the template library
